Exporting route results

Once you have created and calculated a route, it can be helpful to export the results to files for further processing.

For this purpose, an export function for files in CSV format is available. In addition, you can also download the results of the GLEC calculation as a report in PDF format.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Calculate your route and then click <Export> button at the bottom of the results list.

  2. A selection of the details to be exported opens, which you can select using the respective checkboxes.

  3. Confirm your selection with the button <Export as CSV file...>/<Export as PDF file...> or < Export selection as ZIP file...>.

Note: File format of the export:

  • If you only select one option, a single CSV file will be exported.

  • If you only select the GLEC report, a single PDF file will be exported.

  • If you select multiple options, a separate CSV file (or PDF file in the case of the GLEC report) is exported for each option. These are provided in a ZIP file - the button then changes accordingly.

A CSV/PDF file or a ZIP file with several files is now downloaded. You can then open this/these file(s) with a text editor or Excel or with a PDF reader.

For the export item "Times, distances & costs", the results are listed in the CSV file both as a whole and for each country individually.
